The roles

Every role works across all Collapse games. Access is scoped to the job and nothing is unlogged.

Moderation & Support Council

Handles reports across every Collapse game: reviews evidence, records warnings, issues and lifts game bans, and answers support tickets.

  • See private profiles, emails or payment data

The code

Five things every staff member signs up to. Break them and access goes.

    Evidence first

    Every warning and ban needs proof: a Discord message link, an uploaded screenshot or clip, or both. No evidence, no action.

  2. 2

    Everything is logged

    Actions record who did it, why, and when. Lookups need a written purpose. Founders can see the log.

  3. 3

    Limits exist

    Moderation is rate limited per person and across the team, so a compromised account cannot mass-ban.

  4. 4

    Privacy is not optional

    Staff never see emails, payment details or private profiles. Do not share player information outside the tools.

  5. 5

    Be the calm one

    Explain decisions plainly, stay respectful in tickets, and hand off anything personal to a founder.

Before you apply

  • A Collapse account with Discord and Roblox linked, verified in the Collapse Initiative Discord with /verify
  • At least 13 years old and following the Roblox and Discord terms
  • No active bans or recent moderation cases in any Collapse game or server
  • Enough free time to stay active each week, and a working microphone for interviews
  • Good written English; other languages are a bonus

What happens next

    Review

    The Chief Staffing Officer or a founder reads it and may move it to review.

  3. 3

    Interview

    Shortlisted applicants get a short voice interview in the Collapse Discord.

  4. 4

    Trial

    New staff start with a supervised trial week before full access.
